2026 Convention Information
This information page will provide everything delegates and guests need to prepare for the 2026 Convention.
As we gather in Orlando at the DoubleTree at SeaWorld, we do so to be equipped, encouraged and commissioned for the work ahead—formed in community and sent into Central Florida with the good news of reconciliation with God in Christ. This year's Convention will once again emphasize education, worship, fellowship, formation and essential diocesan business.

Gathered. Nurtured. Sent.
This theme represents the third movement in our three-year diocesan convention cycle: Gospel, Church, Mission. In 2026, we focus on what it means to be a Church sent by Christ into the world. Just as Jesus was sent by the Father to gather us with his gospel, so he now sends the Church with his message of reconciliation and hope.
"As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you." – John 20:21

2026 Convention Voting
Electronic voting at the 2026 Convention will be conducted using RF (radio-frequency) devices from Vistacom, the same company that provides the familiar VPOLL app we've used in previous years' Conventions.
These secure, offline keypads ensure smooth, reliable voting without depending on the cost-prohibitive WiFi at this year’s venue.
You will receive clear guidance at pre-Convention meetings, and at the Convention, on how to use the devices before voting begins. Click below for a PDF of our voting device direction slides.
