November 2026 Convention Information
We look forward to gathering as a diocesan family for the 58th Convention of the Diocese of Central Florida on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026, at Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy in Melbourne. As Convention approaches, this page will provide the important information delegates need to prepare.
This second Convention of 2026 begins a new annual November to November schedule for the diocese, a change made in response to requests from our churches. This yearly rhythm allows clergy and lay leaders to prepare for Convention ahead of a busy holiday season and enables approval of the diocesan budget before the start of the calendar year.
We invite you to take part in this meaningful one-day Convention as we celebrate our shared ministry and help shape the life of our diocese together. Our time will include worship, fellowship, the bishop's Convention address, elections and votes on any proposed amendments and resolutions.

Convention Voting
Electronic voting at the November 2026 Convention will be conducted using the same Vistacom RF (radio-frequency) keypads introduced at the January 2026 Convention.
These secure, offline devices ensure smooth, reliable voting without depending on Wi-Fi.
Delegates will receive clear guidance on how to use the keypads at pre-Convention deanery meetings and again at Convention before voting begins.
